Lunch-and-Networking (LAN):

LANs are held year round. These meetings are held at 12:15 p.m. We have had to change our location, so be sure to double-check it for the meeting you plan to attend. The cost is $12.00 which includes a buffet lunch, coffee or tea, tax and tip. A board member is always there to greet newcomers.

Our LANs are typically the second Tuesday of every month at the Bagel Bin Cafe in Brighton, but here are the exact dates for 2008:

Reservations are required. Please use the appropriate RSVP button in the right column of this page. The deadline for registration is noon the previous Friday.

Networking: A lunch gathering that works

(July 15, 2007) — The event: The Association for Women in Computing had a lunch and networking event Tuesday at Pomodoro's Restaurant in Rochester.

Once a month, association members meet to have lunch and network. They said networking during lunch works best for them because it doesn't interfere with responsibilities and commitments before or after work.
