Voice Over IP – What Is It and What It Means to Businesses?

VoIP in the business community is quite different than a residential application.  Learn more about the technology, how is it incorporated into a business, and the benefits of using it. Elaine M. Schaller is President of The Schaller Group, a telecommunications company she founded in 1991.  Elaine has a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.  She started her telecommunications career in 1984, working for Alcatel, (who recently merged with Lucent).
