Voice Over IP – What Is It and What It Means to Businesses?

Elaine M. SchallerVoIP in the business community is quite different than a residential application.  Learn more about the technology, how is it incorporated into a business, and the benefits of using it. Understand why the trend to use VoIP is gaining momentum and hear two case studies of how companies have utilized this technology.

Elaine M. Schaller is President of The Schaller Group, a telecommunications company she founded in 1991.  Elaine has a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.  She started her telecommunications career in 1984, working for Alcatel, (who recently merged with Lucent).

Registration is required by noon on Jan. 16. The cost is $10 for members and $15 for non-members and includes a Continental breakfast or light dinner.
