Identifying and Articulating Your Personal Brand

After the positive feedback we received on our "Re-Branding Yourself" program presented by Luis Martinez in January, we wanted to take the topic to the next level! Sky Ferguson will be taking you through a practical application session on how to identify and articulate your personal brand and leverage your brand to meet your career goals.

  • Defining "Brand"
  • Examples from well known products and people
  • Self-assessment exercises
  • Application to resumes, interviewing and career decisions

Presenter, Sky Ferguson:

Sky Ferguson has spent the over 15 years training professionals in the multi-faceted areas of personal development and persuasive communication. She has extensive experience in platform training and public speaking, as well as in small group facilitation and one-on-one coaching. She has worked in a variety of industries with a broad spectrum of individuals from technical, management and sales and marketing arenas.

As a career management professional, Sky draws upon her counseling background to provide intensive one-on-one coaching in self-assessment, life planning and self-promotion. As a trainer, her informal style and deep respect for the value of each individual allows her to create a positive and open environment for high-impact learning.

Sky works as a trainer for consulting companies and also has an individual practice, Compelling Communications, coaching professionals in presentation skills. Sky earned her BS in Secondary Education from Texas Tech University and a MA in Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary.
