Jennfer Sertl, President of Customer Service Alliance, Inc

In today’s workforce we are being given Jennifer Sertlgreater and greater levels of responsibility and accountability with less support to accomplish our goals. We are already overloaded and trying to do more with less. Most people jeopardize their health and quality of there relationships to accommodate their job security. This talk supports greater levels of proficiency at work while enabling others to better support what is REALLY important--life outside of work.

Jennifer Sertl is President of Customer Service Alliance, Inc., an organizational effectiveness company, whose primary objective is aligning strategy and people to create customer value. Jennifer brings nine years of management level experience where she has supported significant paradigm shifts in both the telecommunications and health care industries.
