Authentic Leadership

 Authentic Leadership is a women’s leadership program which allows you to center, listen, and focus in on your authentic leadership voice, direction, and intent.

Bobbie Goheen, CEO and President of Synthesis Management Group, an experienced facilitator and leadership development coach offers AWC members and leaders the time and space to gain personal insight, clarity, and direction to effectively use their time and talent.

Her Authentic Leadership Program works to excavate your self -knowledge, strengthen your inner knowing which leads to better decisions, more authentic communications, and clarity in guiding yourself first, then others.
Authentic Leadership Program Highlights include:

This program will help you to take time to hone in the important aspects, skills or leadership behaviors which support and honor your vision and goals.

This program will be presented by Bobbie Goheen.

Roberta (Bobbie) Goheen is a leadership and business consultant with more than 25 years experience who is the President/Owner of Get Synthesis.

Perspective
Bobbie offers an uncommon approach with successful business leaders and their workforce on leadership development through individual coaching (one-on- one leadership development), team development, business strategy, large scale organizational change, culture growth, and personal excellence.

Her focus is on people, business, and organizational leadership. Bobbie uses experiential learning to develop leaders, vision, strategies, effective implementation, high performance organizational design, customer focus, personal excellence, and teamwork at all levels of the company.

Experience
Her expertise in leadership, teamwork, business, and organizations supports a dynamic environment for positive growth, change, and results for the individual, the organization, and the customer.

Bobbie has worked with companies and organizations ranging from 5 employees to 80,000 across the world. Her initiatives including strategic planning and implementation, visioning, leadership development, facilitation, team building, communication, coaching and change management.

Bobbie led the training industry to create one of the first in-house corporate universities for a fortune 500 company which 6000 people attended annually. In a 12 year time frame over 50 world class programs (of which 17 became college certified) developed including technical, service, sales, supervision, HR, business basics, management, and leadership. In addition, she expanded services to include instructional design, performance consulting, executive coaching and large scale learning events.


This event will be held on October 18th at 5:30pm at 300 Meridian Center/ EDS Conference Room. The cost is $10 for members and $15 for non-members. Registration is required by October 17th, 2007.
